I am a business executive with a broad and diverse retail merchandising, eCommerce, and new business development background as well as a passion for developing people through servant leadership.     Successfully increased market share of the highly competitive flat panel Television and Home Audio/Video markets by over 200bps, as well as a 100bps increase in attachment rate of audio/video accessory items.

    Developed category layout, fixturing and display strategies in support of achieving the maximum possible financial return on space and inventory investment while promoting the best possible member shopping experience.

    Actively led the mentoring and training of associates from the company’s domestic and international operations while providing cross-functional leadership to a team of inventory, replenishment, planning, logistics, marketing, and eCommerce associates.
