About Blogs for BrandsWe're a growing company in the outdoor industry. While we work extremely hard to service the needs of world class brands, we also play hard. All full time employees get paid exercise breaks, ping pong breaks and paid naps when needed. We frequently go climbing, fishing and all that good jazz.
Words that describe our team include "funny," "laid back," "responsible," "deadline oriented," and most importantly, "outdoorsy." Given that pictures are worth a thousand words, I've attached a couple picture of the office to help describe who we are.
The first picture is our design team. Notice the poster of the T-Rex spitting records. That's kind of like us. We're dope like that. There are ten of us in case you were wondering.
The second picture is my office. While it looks like there's a bunch of junk in the back - that's not actually junk. It's swag that brands send us to review. Yep, you read that right - brands send us free gear to write gear reviews. We get like 2-3 outdoorsy products per week. It's kind of insane actually.
So yes - if the free gear, sweet brands, cool work environment, competitive salary and outdoorsy nature of the company - don't get you stoked, you're probably not a good fit for us.
We hire different from most companies. We do a trial period of 8-9 weeks to make sure you're a cultural fit. Apply for the job knowing that you'll likely be vetted to make sure you're a good fit for our team. We're not looking for anything special - just making sure you can get along with everyone and you're able to get the work done.
