We get that a lot. Let's see if we can't predict some of your questions in this FAQ section.
  • Click "Join Us" in the top right corner of the page and then follow the instructions. Make sure you select whether you are a candidate or an employer. 
  • Yes! There's seriously no cost for any of the services provided by NWA Startup Jobs. Why not sign up? 
  • We use this term loosely. Are you growth-oriented, innovative, and not risk-averse? If so, go ahead and post your position on NWA Startup Jobs. A company that is publically traded and doing hundreds of millions in revenue is definitely not a startup and shouldn't post a job on this site. However, a company that has been around for 10 years and is just entering a phase of massive growth where they feel like a startup is welcome to share new positions here. 
  • The purpose of this site is to advertise professional jobs at startups and small businesses. 
  • Let's say you own a growing restaurant chain. You can absolutely post management level and corporate positions on this site. Please don't post the opening for your fry cook. The only low-paid/hourly positions we expect to see are for interns. 
  • It's our site and we can take down content as we see fit. If your job posting was removed, first ask yourself two questions: 1) Is your company a startup? 2) Did you post an appropriate professional position? If you believe the answer to both of the above is yes, contact us and we will get to the bottom of it. 
  • NWA Startup Jobs was created in partnership by Blogs for Brands and Startup Junkie Consulting. The page is managed by the NWA Venture Team. You're welcome. 
  • This site is our MVP. We are still working to perfect it. If you find bugs, please email them to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • This is our MVP and that functionality has not been built out yet. However, we do have a workaround that will hopefully meet your needs. 

    If you would like for candidates to apply on your company website or through another link, copy and past the following code at the bottom of your job description. Make sure to replace the "InsertYourLinkHere" with the link you would like for the button to redirect to.
